Took almost an hour and a half to arrive. Mozzarella sticks completely burnt, rock hard was inedible

While the food was "ok" not great. This order took almost 2 and a half hours to arrive. And I appreciate it is Xmas eve, there's no way it should ever take that long. Should not take on that amount of orders if they cannot fulfill within a decent time frame. Food wasn't hot and fresh and tasted as tho it has been sat waiting to be delivered for a while. It's now 8.15 and my young children are still up on Christmas eve!

Is was late, stone cold, extremely greasy and all went in the bin! What a waste of money. Will not be ordering from here again. Would have left 0 stars if I could.
